Delete your Aphra account

In the app

Open Settings, Delete my account, read what will be deleted, and confirm. This is the fastest way.

If you no longer have the app

Email privacy@aphra.me from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We may ask you to confirm it is you. We will reply within a few days and complete the deletion within one month.

What is deleted

Your account and profile; your chats and voice transcripts; your calendar events, reminders, routines, notes and lists created in Aphra; the things the assistant remembers about you; meeting requests and replies; your push notification token; and your Google calendar and contacts connection. We ask our service providers to delete their copies. Events already in your own Google Calendar stay there: Aphra does not delete your Google data.

What we may keep

Records we must keep by law, such as payment records; a record of email addresses that have asked not to be contacted, so we can respect that request; and backups, which are overwritten on a rolling schedule.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a paid plan. Cancel it in Google Play (Menu, Subscriptions) so you are not charged again.
